Its garden is a jewel, designed to be enjoyed from any angle and its views of Marfil are unmatched. The property has direct access to the Main Street of Marfil, a few meters away from the Gene Byron Museum, restaurants, Presa De los Santos and a few minutes away from the beautiful Historic Center of the City. Its main entrance (pedestrian) is directly to the gardens and the access to the house is through a stone staircase. The house has two levels, where we have the main room and the entrance through the living room with its windows to the garden. On a second level there is a kitchen, a secondary room and a full bathroom. At the garden level we have a small third room with a full bathroom and a storage room.
